Just want to remind you that you don’t have to eat the same EXACT calories every day for weight loss. What matters is being in a deficit. If you burn 2500 a day on average, some days can be 2000. Some can be 2450. Take a look at your weekly average and if you are in a deficit, you will lose.
Of course, if you’re in a bigger deficit consistently, you will lose body fat more quickly, but you have to consider your mental and emotional health as part of this too. It’s not about speed, it’s about sustainability. Don’t rush this. Make it stick. Sometimes that means going a bit more slowly.
