Where To Go:
Focus Fitness is located at 5405 Skyline Dr, Roeland Park, KS, 66205. It's at the back of the Boulevard apartments, by the pool and tennis courts.

How to Prepare:
What to wear: Dress for comfort, but don't wear loose clothing that may get caught on the bike. Some riders prefer to wear a material that wicks mositure (like polyester) rather than one that gets heavy with it (like cotton). Wearing a well-fitting shoe with a hard sole is preferred so you can transfer all your power into the pedals rather than the cusion of your shoes!
What to bring: Bring a water bottle with you. We have an on-site clean, cold water dispenser where you can fill it. Bring a lock if you'd like to utilize our lockers for your personal items while you ride, and towels, washcloths, shampoo, soap, etc should you desire to shower.

Our rides accomodate all skill levels, and you will receive help both setting up and riding your bike!

Amenities and COVID-19 Precautions:
You will receive a clean towel for your ride. We also have two showers on site in case you need to clean up before heading somewhere, and lockers for you to secure your personal items during your ride!
Classes will be capped at 8 riders plus the instructor, and bikes will be arranged to allow for social distancing. Free masks will be available should you desire one, but they will not be required for the ride as bikes are disinfected after each class and bikes will be staged to allow for distancing.
