My online coaching gives you everything that you need to succeed.


My coaching is based around 3 core principles:


1) Knowledge

I give you the steps that you need to focus on, both in your workouts and your food, in order to maximize your time and effort. We create a plan that works with your schedule, likes, dislikes, strengths, and limitations. If you decide to stick with me as your coach for a long time, it won’t be because I have tricked you into thinking I have some secret, ancient knowledge that you don’t. You will understand the principles behind what we are doing. I provide feedback on your exercise form and give you steps to focus on to correct errors. You will understand what to do and why in all aspects of fitness.


2) Consistency

Good relationships are built on communication, and coaching is no different. All of my online clients are free to reach out to me when they need me. The communication aspect is a big deal because it allows me to listen and understand where the client currently is and to make adjustments/recommendations based on that. Coaching changes from a dictatorship to a collaboration. We do quick, daily text check-ins, and you can ask questions and share progress in real time. We do bi-weekly (or weekly, depending on the package you choose) phone or video call check-ins so that I can dig in deeper on what’s working and what isn't and adjust your plan accordingly. I always know what’s going on with you, so I can respond correctly and help you to stay consistent.


3) Intensity

Gyms across the world are filled with people doing the same workouts at the same weights, reps, or speed for years. People remain on diets long after they stop seeing progress. The “intensity” piece of my coaching ensures that you always reach for what’s next. We change things when they need to be changed. We don’t change them before so that we are “cutting edge,” and we don’t keep them around because we’re sentimental. We use something until it stops working, then we move on. Everyone has a next step. I will help you take it, consistently.
