“Shredded”
These words are used to promote a never-ending variety of strange workout plans, eating strategies, and MLM products.
Each of these words just mean that a person:
1. Has built some muscle
2. Has a low enough body fat percentage that you can see it.
That’s it.
So if a diet or workout plan tells you that it is designed to get you “shredded,” then it is either using those two principles, or it is about as honest as Darth Sidious, who spun an elaborate web of lies in order to build a villainous Empire on the backs of the very people whose resources he stole.
