Making progress with the food aspect of fitness is so individual.
For one person, turning down doughnuts because it will push them over their calorie goal for the day is amazing progress.
For someone else, having a doughnut without a sense of guilt or shame is amazing progress.
I know you’re obsessed with the scale and the mirror, but where you are mentally matters a lot too.
Maybe even more, because it’s a big part of what makes your plan sustainable.
