Here's something I've been noticing on fitness social media.
If you're strong and have some body fat, people say "yeah, but you aren't lean!"
If you've cut down on body fat significantly, people will say "yeah, but you're small!"
If you somehow look big AND lean, people say "You're on steroids."
Here's the message:
Push for YOUR fitness goals. Not someone else's.
And don't let your fitness become your identity. It isn't.
